Logos Oriented Education (LOE) is an educational philosophy and approach that inherits qualities of both . As a universal educational philosophy, LOE unites the fragmented educational landscape and equips learners and educators with interdisciplinary applicable universal tools and methods.
As a term, LOE is grounded in the concept of logos, which can be translated from Greek as "word", "discourse", or "reason". At , we emphasize logos as the universal principle of education, creativity, discourse, meaning, etc. In this sense, Logos Oriented Education indicates an educational orientation towards meaningful creativity and universal logical principles.
Throughout the history of philosophy, the concept of logos has carried a rich and multifaceted meaning. LOE synthesizes these meanings into a unified category, embracing various historical interpretations and dialectical meanings of logos, acknowledging its expression in the highest possible sense as the Logos — Son of God. Therefore, the philosophy of LOE is built on a Christian premise that aligns with the words of the Gospel of John:
